Sign-ups now open across the EU
HW3 Claim now accepts sign-ups from all EU countries. The hardware limitation isn't Dutch. It's European.
What changed
The sign-up form now accepts owners from any EU country. You select your country when signing up and we group by region.
Why
The Netherlands is the first EU country where the RDW approved Tesla's FSD (Supervised), on AI4 hardware only. But the hardware limitation of HW3 isn't Dutch. It's the same everywhere. Tesla made the same promises to owners in Germany, France, Belgium, and every other EU country where FSD was sold.
When another country approves FSD, owners there face exactly the same problem. We don't want to wait until that moment to start collecting.
What this means for you
- In the Netherlands? Nothing changes. The first legal proceedings are based on Dutch law.
- Elsewhere in the EU? You can now sign up. Your data is grouped by country. When FSD rolls out in your country, the data is ready for potential legal action there.
What we're not doing
We're not promising legal proceedings in every EU country. We're collecting data so we're ready when the time comes. The Dutch case is the first track. Other countries follow when the facts and the number of sign-ups justify it.
