   General enquiries

For questions about your registration, your data or anything else, feel free to email. We aim to respond within a few working days.

  Share evidence or information
-----------------------------

Do you have documentation, screenshots, invoices or other information that may be relevant to the case? Or do you know of similar cases abroad? We welcome anything that strengthens the case. The evidence page can always be expanded.

Press enquiries by email, stating the outlet and topic. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

  Legal
-----

In preparing the case, we are assisted by law firm Kennedy Van der Laan, working toward a possible collective procedure, where feasible per jurisdiction. The more owners take part, the stronger and more representative the case. The fee structure will be disclosed in advance. This site is not a law firm and does not provide individual legal advice. For your own situation, consult an attorney or consumer organisation. For countries where a local class action is already ongoing (for example the US through CPM Legal, Australia through Echo Law), see the jurisdictions page.
