In preparing the case, we are assisted by a renowned law firm, working toward a possible collective procedure, where feasible per jurisdiction. The more owners take part, the stronger and more representative the case. The fee structure will be disclosed in advance. This site is not a law firm and does not provide individual legal advice. For your own situation, consult an attorney or consumer organisation.
