 Mapped

No specific class actions around HW3 are known in the UK. British owners are counted in the worldwide register. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides a solid basis for individual misrepresentation claims.

  What is happening
-----------------

The United Kingdom uses Group Litigation Orders (GLOs) as the equivalent of class actions. No specific proceedings around the HW3 FSD issue are currently known. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the CMA are the primary legal instruments for affected owners.
