 Mapped

Germany is the largest Tesla market in the EU. No certified class actions around HW3 are known, but consumer proceedings through specialist firms are possible. We register German owners in the worldwide register and for EU-level negotiations.

  What is happening
-----------------

Germany has a well-developed consumer protection framework and, since 2023, the Verbandsklage (collective action following EU Directive 2020/1828). No published proceedings specifically targeting the HW3 FSD promise are currently known. German consumer organisations are monitoring the FSD rollout in Europe.

What we do
----------

German owners who register are included in the worldwide register and are relevant to EU-wide pressure on Tesla. If a Verbandsklage or other proceeding starts in Germany, we will list it here.
