Nature of the initiative

Hw3claim.nl is a private initiative by Mischa Sigtermans. It's not a commercial service and not legal advice. Once there are enough participants, legal representation will be arranged. Participants bear no financial risk.

Sign-up

Sign-up is free and non-binding. By signing up you confirm that you've filled in the form truthfully, that you agree to these terms and the privacy statement, and that you're an owner (or former owner) of a Tesla with Hardware 3 and a purchased FSD package.

No guarantee of outcome

Participation offers no guarantee of any specific legal or financial outcome. We aim for a constructive solution but can't guarantee one.

Use of the site

You can read and share the content of this site for non-commercial purposes with attribution. Bulk scraping, automated sign-ups and attempts to bypass security are not permitted.

Tesla marks

Tesla, Model 3, Model S, Model X, Model Y, Full Self-Driving and other marks mentioned are the property of Tesla, Inc. Use on this site is purely descriptive and factual.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated to confirmed participants by email.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
